Terrible customer service. Ive had many occasions with my food not being done correctly or fully prepared the correct way. Even such as uncooked chicken wings. However that didnt stop me from still having faith & ordering from them. However after today they get no respect. They have delivery drivers & the ones who answer the phone, with the most nastiest attitudes i have ever put up with. The owner no better. I first off they told me my food would be delivered in 45- a hour. It got here in 18 minutes. I ordered from them today, like i usual do & get my same order for my son & I. I happened to catch the driver before she was leaving to tell her my food wasnt correct & she proceeded to say to me “thats not what you told me so” & also stated “do you want your food fixed or not” after multiple times of me telling her that I did, she heard what I said & didnt care enough like i could tell from being on the phone as well. I even asked her on the phone “are you okay you having a good day” to lighten the mood. After all of that as i walked away i told her “please dont spit in my food either” & she bucked up at me & got out her vehicle and said “you know what you not getting your food yo

First time ordering, was a lot better than other restaurants in the area. Chicken and broccoli, pork fried rice, bbq beef, chicken lo mein, cashew chicken were all great. Great shrimp egg rolls too.

100% the BEST General Tso chicken I have ever eaten!! I have had this same dish all over the country, this is hands down the absolute best!

From a kannapolis resident beware eating here Some of the worst food I’ve ever tasted me and my wife each only took a couple bites before spitting it out and waisting almost $35 dollars the restaurant was dirty with trash all over the floors.we are currently hoping we don’t get food poisoning! PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT EAT HERE! Employees will exit restroom without washing hands, touch money then food without hand washing in between, leave chicken and food in baskets suspended above fryer until customer orders it and dunk it back into hot oil to reheat. Do NOT store food according to safe food handling practices as recommended by USDA or local health department. It seems this establishment has lost their respect of safe food handling procedures, sanitation, and overall wellbeing of their customers. (Food poisoning several times from here). With a sanitation grading of 94, it may seem ok but it's not, it's our fault (the customers) for not demanding higher standards from this eating establishment. If we do not give them our business based upon their lack of care for their craft, then it opens the door (no pun intended) for another business to occupy this dirty building and provide healthier, safer and fresher food. With all of the remodeling in uptown Kannapolis transpiring, this business will not last until the new reveal. PLEASE, DO NOT EAT HERE!! We deserve cooks who care about their food, sanitation, and community.
